The villa is beautifully furnished and presented, with a king sized master bedroom with en-suite, cable tv and pool access. Bedroom two is queen sized, also en-suite with cable tv. the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each, cable tv and share the third bathroom. The comfortably furnished living area has cable tv, playstation2, stereo and video. There is an informal dining area overlooking the pool, and a more formal one in a quiet nook.The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, all pans, dishes and cutlery etc. there is a laundry area with washer and dryer. The games room with ceiling fans, has a pooltable, airhockey and foozball.

The pool area offers sun from dawn until early evening and has a privacy screen. Pool side BBQ to enhance your enjoyment and plenty of patio furniture and we're just 3 minutes walk to the fabulous Mystic Dunes Golf course
