Home description

Our home is a fully airconditioned villa furnished to Luxury standards , it has four bedrooms and two bathrooms , a comfortable spacious living and dining area , furnished in the Floridian style with cable TV ( over 200 chanels ) a Hi-fi system DVD player and free wireless Internet.

In the kitchen we have a nook for breakfast hosting a fridge freezer and all essential equipment. Our garage is converted into a games room , We have a large private heated screened pool and Hot-Tub/spa.

Location

This pleasant development is made up of a mix of residential and short term rental properties and boasts a communial pool, Tennis Courts, and a Playground for children.

Indian Point is located off US Highway 192 on Ponciana Boulevard.
