This privately owned, fully air conditioned non smoking villa is located on the golf community of Esprit.

Our beautiful villa is close enough to Disney to allow you to go back to the villa at lunch time have a swim then return to disney to enjoy the firework displays in the evening.

Our location means that you can avoid the busy 14 road, so that you will not spend your time sitting in the car in a traffic jam - local roads will take you speedily to the park.

Here are just some of the features available for your enjoymentAs soon as you walk in you will feel completly at home.

The lounge is comfortable with TV and Hi-fi, and there are also views into the pool.

Our wonderfull swimming pool is fully enclosed. As you step into the clear blue water you can enjoy the luxury of your own south facing private pool. At night the pool is floodlit allowing you enjoy a swim before bed,Optional pool heating is available should you need it (Nov to April).

The large, sunny, extended pool deck is furnished with luxury pool furniture, there is a table, chairs and sunbeds. Everything is provided for your comfort and relaxation inc towels.

Our shady lanai provides the perfect area to cool down, and get out of the sun should you wish it.

The Master bedroom boasts a king bed with ensuite facilaties.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has twin beds all bedrooms have celing fans and cable tv A short walk away there is a large communal swimming pool with cabana, changing rooms, picnic/BBQ area, tennis and basketball, and a boardwalk leading to a stunning 600 acre lake, Guests have free use of these facilities, and an access key is provided at the villa.

Esprit


Esprit is a walled community, with a mixture of short term rentals homes and American residents, who take great pride in their homes. At Christmas it turns into a magical place with twinkling lights and wonderful decorations. It is quiet, yet friendly, and will provide you with your perfect vacation location.

Situated at the junction of the 192 and Highway 27, Esprit is away from the hurly burly of Kissimmee, yet close to all amenities. A few minutes up the road you can smell the orange groves, but for your convenience there is a bank with ATM within walking distance, a Subway for a quick snack, a new Indian take-away and Restaurant reputed to be the best in Orlando, a Bar and Grill, a Liquor store and even a Health Club where you can pamper yourself with a manicure, or perhaps a pedicure.

It is just over half an hour from Orlando International Airport, and about 50 minutes from Sanford Airport, using the easy and generally traffic-free Greeneway Toll Rd (417), thus avoiding the heavy traffic and gridlocks which are a daily occurrence on the Interstate 4. There is easy access to either the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches, via Tampa, or the Atlantic coast resorts such as Daytona Beach. Busch Gardens is under an hour's drive away, too.
