The villa is in a quiet location, and has ample parking for cars. It is fully air-conditioned throughout, and there are ceiling fans fitted to the sitting room and master bedrooms. All crockery, cutlery, towels and linens are provided and included in the rental price is a full villa clean after every client, carried out by our management company. There is also a fully equipped laundry area with separate washer and drye. The kitchen is open plan and combines with a breakfast nook. It is superbly fitted out with all you will need including electric cooker, toaster, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher etc.
The family room has comfortable seating, and there is a 42” LCD remote control upgraded cable television,high speed internet access and free long distance telephone calls. The dining room has seating for four, and there is a good supply of crockery, glassware, cutlery and cookware for at-home dining. There is also a second quiet sitting room. There are two impressively large master bedrooms, one overlooks the swimming pool on the ground floor, which has direct access onto the pool deck, and once is on the first floor. Both master-suites have walk-in closet, night-tables, lamps, and clock radio. Both En-suites have bath, shower, toilet and vanity unit. This is a further comfortable room on the ground floor, which has ample closet space, nightstand, chest, lamp and clock radio. It is next to the house-bathroom. Each of the twins on the first floor has two single beds, nightstand, reading lamp, built in wardrobes (with plenty of space. There is a family bathroom next to these bedrooms, again containing vanity unit, toilet, bath, and shower. The pool area has a sun deck area complete with superior patio dining furniture, ideal for breakfasting after a morning swim. There are loungers for relaxing and sunbathing. The pool is 24’ x 12’ and can be heated when required. There is a child-safe pool guard. West facing so afternoon and evening sun. There is also a fully equipped games room with basketball, pool, air hockey and darts.
This 5-bed villa with private screened pool is situated in the lovely conservation community of Marbella at Davenport. It is in a peaceful location set in a wooded conservation area, and has the advantage of being located just off Hwy. 27, and so is close to great restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and the new Leisure and Retail complex of Posner Park. Disney is only a 15-minute drive away. Easy access to both the I-4 and the US192 enable you to reach all the tourist attractions the area has to offer, yet within 75 miles of the Gulf Coast and its beautiful beaches, and 65 miles to Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast.
