What Happens When We Reach Our Apartment?

On arrival, (or within 24 hours) you will acknowledge an inventory list and ensure all appliances function.

Additionally you can pre-order a welcome pack. A standard pack consisting of bread, jam selection, milk, sugar, tea, coffee and water is GBP15.

If desired, the additional extras below will be purchased for you at base cost

What Happens if We Require Help During Our Stay ?

You will find a Property User’s Manual’ for your use, which will include useful information about the apartment and the surrounding area

Should you require additional advice, a day contact number will be available to you.

What Happens On Departure ?

If airport transfers are undertaken by the transfer Agency, you will hand over the apartment keys to them, otherwise you will deposit them with our representative

When you have signed the inventory clearance and deposited the apartment keys, your security balance will be returned to you within one working week with thanks.

Your Luxury Three Bedroom Turkey Holiday Rental Apartment is located within walking distance of the turquoise Mediterranean beach, approximately 40 minutes from Dalaman airport, within one kilometer from Calis (Chalish) and and five from the Turkish town of Fethiye (recently known as Telmessos)

It is ideally sited for day-trips to the blue lagoon of Oludeniz, the hidden gorge of Saklikent and Yakapark, the primitive Butterfly Beach; the towns of Dalyan (Kaunos), Gocek (Kalminche), Hisaronu and Ovacik are all nearby

Many Lycian, Anatolian and Ottoman historical sites lie within the nearby Mendos and Taurus mountains, including Tlos, Xanthos and the Letoon shrine

Calis Beach

Calis-Beach is famous for its breath taking sunsets and cool breezes and sustains many bars, restaurants and cafes

The four-kilometer stretch of beach and pedestrianised promenade is ideal for spending the day soaking up the sun and is a central point for booking and embarking on guided tours, day trips, boat trips, car hire and safari jeeps
Small local supermarkets, bars, cafes and restaurants make up this popular area.

Calis-Beach has the famous Sunday market (a truly local market) which, while on a smaller scale to those in Fethiye, makes for a fascinating day while simultaneously offering the opportunity to supplement your weekly self-catering provisions.

You will find a water taxi (water dolmus) sailing across the bay to the harbour of Fethiye, if you take this twenty-minute trip, you may be fortunate enough to spot one of the many protected sea turtles.

The Fethiye Windsurfing club lies to the north of the central promenade and takes a fifteen minutes or so stroll along the beach to reach there.
