This brand new apartment is situated on the ground floor of the recently built complex. It is very convenient for the families with small children and aged people.

  • 25% deposit is required for booking confirmation which is non refundable upon cancellation, full balance payment at least 1 week before travel. The spacious, large and light living room has a big double sofa, a coffee table, satellite TV, a DVD player and a powerful air-conditioner.

The bedroom has 1 twin bed, a 3-door wardrobe, 2 bedside-cabinets and air-conditioning.

Fully equipped bathroom with a shower cabin, a sink, a wc, a hairdryer and a boiler. You will always have hot water!

The spacious open plan kitchen has everything you need for your home cooking: a fridge/freezer, a gas-stove, a microwave oven, a toaster, a juice squeezer, an electric kettle. It is fully equipped with all necessary crockery.

Also the apartment has a safe lockable items and a barbecue which is very convenient to use on the balcony or in the garden right beside the apartment.

Didim

Didim is shaped as a peninsula surrounding Mugla on the east coast with huge inlet of Akbuk town, Aegean sea on the west and east coast, Lake Bafa and the Menderes River on the northern coast. The rapidly growing town of Didim is a beach resort not yet occupied by mass tourism. It offers an excellent opportunity to experience local Turkish atmosphere and enjoy the renowned Turkish hospitality. Didim is well known for it's historical sites (Didyma and Apollo temple) and beautiful golden sand beaches. It is a relaxing holiday resort for those who enjoy fishing, trekking, hunting, history, sea, sun and nature.

Didim has a coast of 53 km in total full of bays. Almost all the bays have sandy beaches and allow people to sunbathe and swim freely. Among these bays, the most important one is of course Altinkum (Golden Sand), an excellent resort for those who seek sea, sun and aquatics. You can have a sun bath on the golden sandy beaches, participate in aquatics in the coves where any kinds of watersports can be performed.

It is located 123 km. from the centre of Aydin, 55 km. from Söke and 90 km.from Kusadasi and 100 km. to Bodrum at the south. A holiday spent in Altinkum Didim is a must to walk along it's golden sands, to lie under it's brilliant sun and to visit the famous Temple of Apollon found on the entrance of Didim built by the Anatolian God Apollon, God of the Oracles.
