'Aegean Escape' is managed locally by a British owned property mangement company that is available for emergency contact as well as being able to provide information about property development and investment if of interest. Didim and the Altinkum area is a growing destination, and you may see an amount of building work in the course of your stay. Please note that all 'heavy' building work stops for the summer season.

• Rates are per apartment, not per person. 25% deposit payable on booking, balance paid 6 weeks before arrival date.

Please note the apartment is non smoking throughout.

Preferred arrival / departure day is Saturday each week. Other days available by arrangement.

Earliest check in time is 3.00 p.m.. Check out time is 11.00 a.m

The accommodation is cleaned on departure and prepared for the next arrival.

Please ensure you have adequate holiday insurance for your trip.

To book the apartment a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable six weeks before departure. For bookings made less than 6 weeks from arrival, payment in full required at time of booking. A £75 refundable deposit is also required before departure in case of breakages, this will be refunded once the apartment has been checked on your arrival back home.

DISABLED ACCESS. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. As access is by steps with handrail, it is not offered as suitable for all disabilities including wheelchair use, and reservations are accepted on the understanding of guests that the facilties may not be adequate for all their requirements. NOTE: If you have any particular queries regarding this aspect, please enquire before booking and we will be pleased to answer any questions. Payments are non refundable for reasons of 'unsuitablity'. It is your responsibility when making a booking to ensure you have booked the correct accommodation type for your needs.
