Home description

The proprty is very close to the fener beach which is the best llocation for wind surfers. On the beach there are private seating places for the FENERBURNU CONDO SETTLERS. On the beach there are all kinds of sports activities, eating places, fish restaurants. Also there are bars,hotels near by for entertainment. Local busses are very frequent and it is only 15 minutes to busy TURGUTREIS centre where you can shop, eat and entertain.

Turgutreis

Turgutreis is famous with Saturday bazaar where all foreigners rush to buy both traditional and also very cheap brand objects of all kinds such as clothes,home decoration(rugs,ornamented curtains,table and pillow covers etc.)Also in the bazaar local fresh vegetables and fruits of all kinds can be bought by very cheap price.

Also Turgutreis has one of the most beautiful sunset which can also be viewed from the terrace of the apartment.

On contrary to the Bodrum climate Turgutreis has a very pleasant summer breeze which makes it easy to breath in spite of the hot weather.This feature makes the town favorite among the foreign visitors some of which decide to invest a houıse after the first visit.
