4 Valleys - Thyon 2000/Les Collons is a skiers and boarders dream having great snow from November to April. Located at the end of the 4 valleys it benefits from one of the largest ski regions in Europe with over 400 kms of pistes and over 100 ski-lifts.
The ski area above Les Collons is fabulous with wide open and sunny slopes perfect for all and includes one of the most famous ski slopes in the Alps, the fabulous Piste de L’Ours. With some of the best off piste you can ski everywhere. There is no need to ski to Verbier but you can get there on skis in just over an hour.
Summer from 400m to 4,000 meters - Sion the oldest town in Switzerland to the high mountain peaks of the Alps. The heart of the Valais really does offer something for everyone from sun drenched vineyards to snow capped mountains with pure air where the sun reigns supreme for more than 300 days a year.
The region offers a wide range of sporting activities with mile upon mile of marked paths for walking, hiking and mountain biking. There are also quad bikes, horse riding, nature reserves, glaciers, lakes and the Dix dam that you can see from the chalet. If all that is too exhausting just sit back and enjoy the sunshine, local cuisine, thermal baths, history, culture and shopping.
