The necessary maps, information on tracks and routes are at your disposal. Within 15 Minutes by foot, you reach the river side of the Maggia, splendid for swimming, building with the beautiful cobbles and pebbles or just lying in the sun, enjoying the spectacular surroundings. The big garden is full of flowering plants and bushes, there is a heavy granite table under a wine pergola and a second table shaded during the hot morning hours. You may lie in the hammock under walnut and chestnut trees, protected from the views of anybody, you'll be able to read something of a great choice of fiction, who-done-it's (also in English), cookery books, information on the round-abouts and some local authors. The house is equipped with everything you need. If cooking is your hobby, you won't miss anything to prepare a gourmet dinner, plenty of dishes, pots, any amount of glasses and cutlery. Children find toys and for the smallest there is a child?s bed and a high-chair. You'll find an ADSL Modem for quick internet access, a television set with DVD-Player and a stereo radio. All necessary bed linen, towels for the kitchen and beach, table-mats and serviettes are included in the additional fees. There will be no further cost for telephone, electricity or heating. All basic food as cereals, spices, pasta, coffee, tea, rice, etc. are at your disposal and won't have to be replaced. Toilet paper, soap, washing powder, candles etc.
