Prices are per week, inclusive of electricity, water, bed linen and towels (pls. bring your own beach towels) for up to 3 -4 person. An iron and ironing board are also provided. Longer stays are available. Please contact us for availability. Changeover day flexible. Arrival after 2 p.m., departure by 11 a.m.

A 30 % deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance payable at arrival.

Home description

This is a well appointed two bedroom apartment placed very close to the Torrecilla an Playazo beach. The lounge is well furnished with a sofa, a relax-armchair, a coffee table, a sideboard, Television with sky free view, and ASTRA., radio/CD/cassette. There is a dining area which plays host to a round table and four chairs. There are patio doors from the lounge which take you on to a good sized south facing terrace. This plays host to a table and four chairs and has partial sea views.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, 4 ring hob, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster etc.

The master bedroom comes with double bed, side tables and lamps and ample space within fitted wardrobes. There are sea views from the window.

The second bedroom has twin beds, side table and lamp and also has ample space within the fitted wardrobes.

The fully tiled bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, bidet, wash hand basin and w.c.
