Villa L'Africaine is set within Sotogrande bordering the green zone that surrounds the world famous San Roque golf course. The rental on offer is composed of 2/3 of a 480m2 villa (the remaining 1/3 is a private apartment with separate entrance. The rental includes a large living area, a separate dining room which seats 6 to 8 people (both with views to the green zone), a kitchen, a master bedroom with large bathroom and walk-in-closet, and 2 upstairs bedrooms with shower rooms en-suite. Off the living room is a small cupola room with a daybed, which is the size of a twin bed and could be ideal for a child or 7th person. Even though there is an apartment occupied by the owners you will have exclusive use of the pool, pool area and 2400sq.m of garden, which will only be visited by the two friendliest dogs you will ever meet and us, the owners, for watering plants or mowing the lawn. Both sections of the villa are completely independent, so you will hardly see us!
