This cosy and well maintained 3 bedroom flat is situated in the tourist village of Sanxenxo, 10 mins on foot from the beach of Silgar, 7 mins by car from Lanzada beach, famous for its 5km of sandy shore, 30 mins from Pontevedra or 15 mins from Toja island and its seaside resort.

It is in a quiet area and is fully furnished and equipped with double glazing windows, parquet in bedrooms and tiles in other rooms, fully fitted kitchen, bedding, towels, washer, vacuum cleaner, oven and all appliances.

There are also a balcony and a garage.

Sanxenxo

Sanxenxo is widely regarded as the best and certainly the most exclusive and expensive beach resort in Galicia. It lies at the top of the ria de Pontevedra and it has some stunning beaches.
The town is clean, well designed and cosmopolitan.
The greater area around the town also has many other great beaches, explorable towns and excellent examples of heritage like monasteries and churches
