A deposit of £100 is required at time of booking with the balance due 6 weeks before. A fully refundable deposit of £100 is payable with the balance.

  • The apartment is cleaned before and after each guest with fresh towels and linen supplied. there is a mandatory cleaning charge of 60 euros for 2 persons and 70 euros for 4, payable locally to the local key holder (who also arranges the cleaning) there is a meet and greet service available by pre arrangement when the local key holder will meet you at the gate house, take you to the apartment and explain operations. This is payable locally and costs 20 euros.
  • for each booking a £100 deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance 6 weeks before leaving. A fully refundable deposit of £300 is payable with the balance payment.

This 2 bedroomed apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard.2 bedrooms , one with king size double bed, the other a twin bedded room with sull size single beds suitable for adults .
both bedrooms have double doors leading to a balcony to view the sunrises.
the main lounge diner will seat 6 at a glass topped dining table and the 2 compfortable sofas ( one a sofa bed ) in the lounge will seat 6 comfortably. The lounge has TV with digi box, dvd player and radio .CD player .fully equipped kitchen with large firdge freezer, hobb and oven , microwave , toaster and electric kettle . automatic washing machine , iron and ironing board.
there is a large sun terrace from the lounge which is euipped for outside dining and it overlooks the sared swimming pool and first T of the 18 hole golf course . there is a large supermarket 5 mons walk away, as well as restaurants and bars
