A deposit of £100 is required at time of booking with the balance due 6 weeks before. A fully refundable deposit of £100 is payable with the balance.

• The apartment is cleaned before and after each guest with fresh towels and linen supplied. there is a mandatory cleaning charge of 60 euros for 2 persons and 70 euros for 4, payable locally to the local key holder (who also arranges the cleaning) there is a meet and greet service available by pre arrangement when the local key holder will meet you at the gate house, take you to the apartment and explain operations. This is payable locally and costs 20 euros.
• for each booking a £100 deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance 6 weeks before leaving. A fully refundable deposit of £300 is payable with the balance payment.
