This brand new 3 bedroom apartment is very tastefully arranged and has a terrace with a small garden. The Living is app. 39m2 has two sofas, flat screen TV and dining table for six persons. The master bedroom 20m2 has a super king-size bed, the other bedrooms are 13m2, one with a king-size bed and one bedroom has 2 single beds. All the bedrooms have their own bathroom. The kitchen is completely arranged with a microwave oven, furnace, laundry machine and dishwasher. The apartment has cold and warm air-conditioning system and therefore it can be used the complete year. The apartment is ideal for families and golfers. From the terrace (39m2) you can enjoy deliciously the sunset with a view overlooking the golf course.
