The property sleeps 4 o 5 people, ideal for families, with lovely swedish furniture.

The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second one has 2 single beds. Both rooms have big built-in mirrored wardrobes.

The building is in a residencial area with shops, restaurants, banks and all the main facilities.

The nearby beach, 3km long, is ideal for all kind of people, surfers, families.

Since Asturias is a mountanious region is perfect for those who like walking and hiking. Salinas is in a pilgrimage route in this green part of Spain known as Natural Paradise.

Salinas

Salinas is a residencial village with a 3km sandy beach famous for its surfing competition. The festivities are during the first week of August.
There are restaurants, famous for their lovely food and cider, cafes and pubs.
It is only few km away from the airport and 3 km from Avilés, the principality´s third city,this city is mainly industrial with a historic core with churches dating from the 14th century. The arcaded streets aroun the main square are at their liveliest on summer evenings, and are lined with restaurants and cafes.
