Home description

This lovely apartment is located in Casa Granada, on the fifth floor and comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living-dining area, entrance hall, kitchen and terrace. The living area is spacious and well furnished, octagol dining table for 6, marble floors, West orientated, and a large sliding windows leading to the terrace.

The master bedroom, very large and spacious, has two double size beds, various cupboards and satellite T.V. with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and if needed, a sofa bed. The bathroom is just right next to the bedroom door. The third bedroom is small with a single bed plus an extra bed.

Playas del Duque

The exclusive Playas del Duque development is a lovely compliment to this environment. It is located 200 metres to the west of the marina and immediately behind the beach. It has two swimming pools set in beautiful and immaculately kept sub-tropical gardens of some 12 acres which open directly onto the beach. There are two pool restaurants open in the summer season. Lifts serve all floors. This oasis of ordered existence is only a short walk away from the fascinating port waterfront, the beach, a large variety of quality shops, restaurants and night life, and yet it offers perfect quiet and privacy to the discerning visitor.
