This lovely complex design is a gated community with no vehicle traffic inside creating a safe environment and giving you peace of mind for your children to wander. The communal pool area is itself gated inside the complex. Covered parking for your car.

The apartment benefits from a large roof terrace 44 m2 catching the suns rays all day and has loungers and chairs provided.

There is also a balcony leading off the lounge area with table and chairs for you to enjoy outside meals, your morning coffee and of course that all important glass of wine in the evening.

Both the main and en-suite bathrooms are fully tiled and feature large mirrors.

Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with drawers inside. Both rooms have been very nice decorated and bedside tables with lamps.

We have 2 apart.both new 2007. You can rent them together or separately they are 7pax max. each. They are placed in a privileged area, Lomas de Cabo Roig, very near of everywhere, golf, beach, night clubs, restaurants and supermarkets and at the same time placed in a residencial quiet area to rest and relax, very good for families.

Orihuela Costa is located at the Mediterranean sea next to 2 international airports Alicante y San Javier with low cost flights everyday from Europe, and also next to the A-7 motorway that connect this city with the rest of Spain. Do not hesitate to ask our rates table and whatever service you need and we sill try to provide it. Rates between 500-800€ per apart. per week. Long term also available 650 € +bills.

The two sandy white beaches of La Caleta and Cala Capitan have both been awarded Blue Flags. La Zenia beach is just around the headland. A large open street market is held each Saturday at nearby Playa Flamenca.

The resort of Cabo Roig is 25 minutes south of Alicante airport and 15 minutes north of Murcia airport (San Javier). Torrevieja , a Spanish harbour town, is 15 minutes drive away.

In addition, Cabo Roig places you right in the heart of a golf lover's paradise, with the renowned Villamartín, Las Ramblas, La Finca and Royal Campoamor golf courses all an easy drive away. Walkers will also appreciate the Maritime Walk, which follows the peninsular coastline taking in some beautiful views.
