Playa Flamenca

Playa Flamenca is located just a 10 minute drive from the old fishing town of Torreveja and some 20 minutes from the local airport of Murcia.

You will find that most of the population that live here are either English, Norwegian, German or Irish, so you guessed it, you wont have a problem with the Spanish language. However, what you will find is some of the best beaches the Costa Blanca has to offer, and majority of the beaches have received "Blue Flag" status because of the cleanliness and quality of the beaches.

On the beaches you will find things for everyone to do. Most of the beaches have places to eat and drink, some have jet bikes, and nearly all have sunloungers.

Just about every where you will find a selection of shops, bars, and restaurants, so finding some where to have the evening meal wont be a problem. Just a 10 minute drive away you have the giant and very popular Aqua Park ideal for both young and old alike. Shopping centers include Habaneras just outside of
Torrevieja and not forgetting Torrevieja itself for a variety of Shops. In the harbour you can take boat trips around the coastline and even visit a Island called Tabarca which takes 40 minutes.

Torrevieja

For up to 340 days of sunshine a year, the choice of five beaches with water sports galore, plus a wide range of Spanish restaurants and international dining to choose from. Just 35km south of Alicante and 70km from the Costa Blanca resort of Benidorm, Torrevieja is a former port, where the largest fleet of sailing boats in the Mediterranean once moored. Today it's a major commercial centre and home to some of Spain's most spectacular festivals.

Costa Blanca/Valencia

The Costa Blanca, with its wonderful beaches attracts millions of tourists every year. In the north the costa blanca starts with Denia and Javea two wonderful towns at the bottom of a mountain.

In the south the costa blanca goes down to Guardamar and Torrevieja. With such wonderful cities like the Elche, the palm tree capital of the world.

You can basically travel along the Costa Blanca as the carretera national goes all way alongside the coast. Make sure when you come along these beautiful sometimes small villages looking for Costa Blanca Holiday Homes that you have enough time for a stay.

There are many attractions alongside the Costa Blanca, some of them specially for tourists like the entertainment park Terra Mitica at Benidorm or the bays of Altea and Calpe. Others are smaller towns and villages like Villajoyosa just south of Benidorm, famous for its old town and its chocolate.
