Inside the house all the rooms are very large and well presented with al of the bedrooms being en suite. Master bedroom suite has a luxury en-suite bathroom with separate shower. Accessed from the master suite is a large terrace overlooking the gardens. There is further a fully equipped kitchen, large living room with big sofas, flat screen TV and dining table. This villa is also good for the elderly. This is a beautiful, modern, clean, well furnished villa.

This lovely villa is situated just a short walk from the beach and a 15 minute drive to Puerto Banus. There are many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars all within a ten minute walk. Although very useful, a car is not actually necessary when staying here. There is bus stop close by and taxis are easily arranged. Paraiso Barronal is an urbanization on the sea front which consists of only large established villas.

New Golden Mile

San Pedro the Alcantara with beautiful long walks, a beach promenade and a lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Even the world famous harbour, Puerto Banus and Marbella lies on a stone throw distance. The airport of Malaga is approximately a 45 minutes drive.
