Beach towels are not provided, please bring your own & do not use the apartment towels for the beach or swimming pool.

25% of rental fee due on reservation & full balance payable eight weeks before departure.

Refundable breakages deposit of Ł200 payable with full balance, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club

The country club itself offers residents a championship 18-hole golf course, practise course, club house with pro-shop, bar & restaurant, bank & ATM, tennis courts, paddle courts, squash courts sauna and gym. All protected by 24 hour manned security.

Marbella

Los Arqueros is set among the mountains of the Sierra de Ronda in the municipality of Benahavis only 10 minutes from Marbella & Puerto Banus.

Aside from the amenities within the complex, local places of interest include the traditional mountain village of Benahavis famous for its gastronomy and cosmopolitan Marbella with its many shops, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, cinema and casino.

There are many activities available locally including golf, water sports, quad biking, paint balling, go-karting, horse riding & mountain biking. For children, there is the nearby Marbella Megabowl, Mijas Aquapark, Fuengirola Zoo, Selwo Adventure Park in Estepona & Tivoli World Amusement Park, Selwo Marina & Sealife Centre in Benalmádena.

Costa del Sol/Malaga

With over 300 days of sunshine a year, mean average temperature of 18c, 161 km of excellent beaches, 11 marinas, over 40 golf courses, dramatic mountains, rural villages and sophisticated tourist resorts, the Costa del Sol has so much to offer.

Particularly noteworthy sights include Tivoli World theme park, Antequera, El Torcal, Nerja Caves, Gibraltar, Malaga (particularly the Picasso Museum), Marbella, Mijas, Ronda & Selwo Adventure Park.

Further afield, Granada (with it's world famous Alhambra Palace) & Sierra Nevada ski resort are less than two hours away by car.
