Home description

The property has an attractive south facing terraced garden with flower borders which leads to a conservatory used as a dining room. From here you enter a good size lounge with three seater sofa and reclining arm chair with an american style kitchen. The bathroom has a vanity unit, wc and bathtub with shower above. There are two bedrooms both with double beds, from the master bedroom you access the study/dressing room with an optional put-you-up single bed.

La Marina Complex

La Marina is very popular with the ex-pat community and numerous other foreign nationals mainly northern Europeans. The urbanization is the largest in Spain and makes an ideal place to settle into Spanish life with so many locals willing to help you with every aspect of the cultural change. As the area has so many residents it is more of a home away from home rather than a holiday resort and with this brings business opportunities and work for many as the area has more all year round trade rather than seasonal. Where ever you live in La Marina you are never more than a 15 minute walk to the nearest commercial zone and its completely self sufficient with good schools, police station, six supermarkets (2 English), tourist information, banks, twice weekly market, 2 gyms, 2 small Aqua - Parks, English hairdressers and Beauty salons, plenty of bars and restaurants and of course the best beaches on the Costa Blanca.
