The property has an attractive south facing terraced garden with flower borders which leads to a conservatory used as a dining room. From here you enter a good size lounge with three seater sofa and reclining arm chair with an american style kitchen. The bathroom has a vanity unit, wc and bathtub with shower above. La Marina is very popular with the ex-pat community and numerous other foreign nationals mainly northern Europeans.
