  • A deposit of 25% (non-refundable) is required to confirm the booking. The balance to be paid 6 weeks before your arrival date. DAMAGES: a returnable deposit of £100 must be paid with the final balance. Cost of any missing items or damage i.e. loss of sofa will be deducted from the deposit. We don't mean a broken cup or plate. The deposit will be returned to you within two weeks of your departure if there are no missing items like a TV or washing machine or damage. Gratefully, all our guests so far have been very considerate and have left our house as it was when they arrived. If when you arrive something is not working or broken, you must let us know asap. We are proud of our house and want to keep it as welcoming and hospitable as possible. Discounted rates can be arranged for long Winter lets.

"Easy to follow the directions from airport. Plenty of information was available for gaining access to the property, using equipment in the property and contact numbers for if we had any problems. The welcome pack on arrival was excellent and contained everything that we needed initially. The property was clean, comfortable, well equipped and situated in a well maintained and quiet part of the complex. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday and would definitely consider booking again in the future."
