• There is an on-leave cleaning fee of 20 euros for stays of 1 to 6 nights; 45 euros for stays of 7 to 13 nights; 65 euros for longer stays.

• The price for the shortest stay is 150 euros plus on-leave cleaning fee.
• 20% of the fee for booking.
• 200 euros deposite to be refunded if no abnormal damages are caused to the apartment.

Home description

Apartment in authentic unspoilt Spanish town with a wide, clean beach with sandhills. Near the Natural Park of El Hondo, the one of the Clot de Galvany and the Santa Pola Salt Marshes. Five Km to the city of Alicante and four to golf courses.

Next to the city of Elche known by the Palmeral (the plantations of palm trees in and around the city) World Heritage by the UNESCO and the Mystery (Medieval remains of Religious play represented on the 15th of August) also World Heritage by the UNESCO.

El Altet

A small town (about 5000 people) by the beach. Its quite unspoilt (you can enjoy a mostly local atmosphere although tourism is getting bigger). Its very busy in the day and quiet at night.
The part of El Altet I prefer is the beach: It's clean and, although you can see buildings in the distance, they are not near the beach. It is a very natural beach comparing to most beaches in the area. It has been preserved due to its sand hills.
