The property is level with the road so there are few stairs to climb, although the road is laid on a hillside.
The tram stop of Cala Piteres is just a five minute walk away and a small stony beach, five minutes further. If you take the tram one stop to Coveta Fuma, you will find the central plaza with its bars and restaurants, the church, small supermarket and post office. Just a stones throw from the central plaza is a sandy and safe cove (life guard in high season) with two beach bars/restaurants.
If you want to venture further the tram goes south into the cosmopolitan city of Alicante via the sandy beaches of El Campello and North to Denia via the famous City of Benidorm for all day an night entertainment.
There are many local attractions to keep both the young and old occupied.
Unique Coveta Fuma is an unspoilt, secluded, hidden coastal village, nestled between mountains, extinct volcanoes and the blue Mediterranean Sea.
There are a few scattered bars and restaurants, a small supermarket and a post office which opens for a few hours per day and a quaint church offering a service every Sunday.
The studding coastline of Coveta Fuma is approximately 2.2 miles long, with rocky coves and secluded bays, many front line properties have their own private access. There is one main sandy/shingle cove which has facilities for daily moorings and 2 beach bar/restaurants built and run by a local Spanish families. Sunday is the only time this beach is busy, as it is very popular with Spanish locals who come with their boats and families for the day.
