Condado de Alhama Resort

The New Condado de Alhama residencial development project is to be the largest resort in Murcia offering 19,200 homes that will accommodate 60,000 people in an area of 9 million m2, meaning only Murcia city has more people in the region. The Condado de Alhama resort also includes 3 jack Nicklaus designed Golf courses and a 65,000 m2 sports facility area.

Located about 20km from the coast just to the south of Murcia city, the area is a vast expanse of natural beauty and scenery. The resort will be easily acessable using the new motorway and road system and close to Corvera airport, Murcia city and the sea and beach.
