Home description

The romantic villa is nicely designed and you will enjoy a private swimming-pool with garden.

There are 5 bedrooms (2double-beds)(10-15 sleep), and 2 bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The salon with fireplace is very comfortable, nice place to relax and includes a dining room.

The cosy, wide terrace allow to enjoy the climate outside and beautiful views to the sea.

By feet you need approx. 5 min. to go to the beach.

Villa can be used by 15 people, but also can stay few friends/family or just a couple. The price depends of how many bedrooms is needed or how many people stay 550€/week-2225€/week.

Benajarafe

The surrounding area is very quiet with natural vegetation and vegetable gardens. The beach, 8 Km long, is not crowded even in high season, ideal for long walks in a natural and relaxing environment. There is a restaurant on the beach 150 yards from the property. Plenty of bars and restaurants with cheap prices and nearby services (supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, etc.) can be found at Benajarafe village, 1 Km. away. There is a modern supermarket 4 Km away and two big shopping areas (including cinemas) between 10 and 15 minutes drive away. The area belongs to the Axarqu�a, a region of contrast, from the snow-capped mountains down to the beautiful beaches of the Costa del Sol. You can enjoy one of the best climates in Europe with more than 320 days of sun each year. The villages, set among the impressive mountains, have retained their Moorish essence throughout the centuries and are very picturesque. The food is also wonderful.
