This cottage is admist some beautiful unsploilt scenery and enjoys a peaceful location but only less than a mile from Bunessan village which has all the local amenities. Fionphort is only 3.5 miles away and offers ferry service through the day to Ioan with it's world famous Abbey.

Local beaches to which there are four are all under 3.5 miles the closest being Uisken beach which is enjoyable both to walk and sit just to admire the view

Home description

Lounge/dining room with dining table seating 6 persons,all laid on an oak floor,looking out views of the Burg and surrounding countryside.

Kitchen with all mod cons also includes kitchen table seating 4 persons leading into the utility room which has a washing machine & tumble dryer with a separate cloakroom (w.c and basin) .

Three double bedrooms (one en suite with shower,w.c and basin).

Separate bathroom with w.c and basin.

Bumessan

Bunessan lies on the main road between Craignure (26 miles) and Fionphort (4 miles) which has regular bus service between these two, this is to also meet the Caledonian macbrayne's ferry service from Oban. There is a Post office and store/general store gift shop as well as a restuarant and Hotel which also serves meals during the day/night.

Three churches exist and provide church services.
Bunessan hosts an annual agricultural show in August.
