The apartment has a clean, compact kitchen with all the necessities to prepare anything from sandwiches to gourmet meals.

The living/dining area is extremely spacious with a comfortable large leather sofa, marble end tables and a marble dining table that will seat four. There is a 32 inch color TV with cable/VCR/DVD on a moveable cart so you can watch TV from bed or sofa. There is also a speaker system for your IPOD or MP3 player. It also has Free Internet broadband access in the studio for more convinience.

There is a coin operated laundry room on the second floor. Additionally, there is a gym/exercise room on the second floor for guests to use free of charge....and it's brand new!
