I will not be strict about these times, they will be subject to availability and discussed when making your booking.

Maid service is optional and will be charged accordingly.

The Studio is available for long term winter rentals from the 1st of November right through to the 31st of April.

Long term rates are negotiable, taking into consideration electricity bills and wether or not maid service will be required.

I can also arrange food packs(for late arrivals), car rental or even transfers to and from Faro airport at competitive rates.

  • NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
  • These rates are accomodation only for the studio catering for up to 2(two) Adults and 1(One) Child. Clean linen will be provided every 7(seven)days.2(two) sets of towels per person per week. Maid service is optional and will be charged accordingly. Long term winter rentals are negotiable for any stay over 4(four) weeks, otherwise winter rates apply. A deposit of 50% will be required to finalise any booking.Payment can be made by credit card(Via Pay Pal) or bank transfer.

Situated 100 meters from the beautiful calm beach of Alvor. Studio 206 has recently been refurbished with modern finishes. The Studio has a spacious living area with two single beds, dining area,TV & DVD Player,built in cupboard,Bath/Shower and W.C

The open plan kitchen is fitted with stove, extractor,microwave,toaster,kettle,coffee machine, fridge and any kitchen utensils you may need.

An ample balcony with a sea view serves for perfect relaxation.

Walking distance to all amenities, shops, restaurants and night life in the village of Alvor.

This is the perfect accommodation for couples, singles or even a couple with a child.

If you are a golfer, Alto Golf Course is only a 2 minute drive away.

Location

The massive beach in front of the village of Alvor fringes the eastern half of Lagos Bay. You can walk straight on to it. There are sand dunes but no cliffs. It is a wide open beach, popular among windsurfers, and good for other watersports as well.

Torralta is really a continuation of Alvor beach in front of the Torralta holiday complex tower blocks, just to the east of Alvor village.

The eastern end of Torralta beach is marked by the rise of the golden cliffs that are so characteristic of much of the western Algarve coastline. Nestling in here is this cove, which translates to ‘Three Brothers’. Car park next to the beach.
