Generally check-in at 14.30 and check-out by 11.00.

I will not be strict about these times, they will be subject to availability and discussed when making your booking.

Maid service is optional and will be charged accordingly.

The Studio is available for long term winter rentals from the 1st of November right through to the 31st of April.

Long term rates are negotiable, taking into consideration electricity bills and wether or not maid service will be required.

I can also arrange food packs(for late arrivals), car rental or even transfers to and from Faro airport at competitive rates.

• NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
• These rates are accomodation only for the studio catering for up to 2(two) Adults and 1(One) Child. Clean linen will be provided every 7(seven)days.2(two) sets of towels per person per week. Maid service is optional and will be charged accordingly. Long term winter rentals are negotiable for any stay over 4(four) weeks, otherwise winter rates apply. A deposit of 50% will be required to finalise any booking.Payment can be made by credit card(Via Pay Pal) or bank transfer.
