How to get there

Either get a bus from Lisbon (Praça de Espanha) to Sesimbra, or get a taxi. Taxi fare should be no more than 50€.

Another option is to get the train at the Oriente Station, switch at Roma/areeiro to Coina, then get a bus or a taxi to Sesimbra.

Other transport options are available.

If you whish to rent a car, you can get one at the airport. Rental rates in Portugal are quite low, and since the country is small, with good roads and a lot to see, this may be a good option. A big free park can be found on the back street of our house.
