This is a lovely 3 bedroom townhouse that overlooks the golf and Atlantic Ocean. Located at about 3 minutes walking from the Hotel and the beach, this townhouse is within one the very first condominiums of Praia D’El Rey. The shared swimming pool, also facing the golf course, has access from the house garden.

The master bedroom with two singles beds has an ensuite bathroom, and the other two, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds, share the same bathroom. It can accommodate 7 people, as they have turned the garage into a sitting room. With a spacious living/dining room, with TV and DVD, this townhouse is ideal to come and spend your time with the family.
