Apartment with 3 fully furnished bedrooms, one with private bathroom. Contains another full bath, separate lounge room, new fully equiped kitchen. All linen and bath towels provided. Private common pool, underground garage provided if nececessary. Ground floor residence therefore easy wheelchair access. Plenty of parking outside apartment block.

Apartment ideal for 6 people, although we can cater for up to 8 as sofa bed is included in the lounge. Modestly equiped with all new furnishings and electrical appliances. Close to shops and beach whilst located in a quiet street.

Location

Priviledge location, near the 3 km sandy beach. Centre of Esposende is near to the Thermal baths 800 m, sandy beach 500 m, golf course 4 km, riding stables 4 km.
