Home description

Property is a 2 bedroom apartment, right in front of the sea/beach (nice sandy...). Big front/beach side balcony and a 40 sqm terrace to the back side, close to living/dining room. Barbecue and terrace furniture available in terrace. One bedroom equiped with a big double bed and another room with 2 single beds. Fifth bed available upon request. SEa can be viewed from bed in main bedroom. Wonderful location and exposure.

Fully equiped (oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, coffe machine, diswasher, laundry machine, TV set, Hi-Fi and all kitchenware and tableware).

A-Ver-o-Mar

A Ver-o-Mar or Aver-o-Mar is a Portuguese parish, located in the city of Póvoa de Varzim. In the census of 2001, it had a population of 10,267 inhabitants and a total area of 5.21 km².

A Ver-o-Mar naming is unknown, although the current form means "watching the sea" in Portuguese, the ancient people's Abremar pronunciation is still common.
