Sept to June:- $875/wk / floor unit. Complete Villa (5 suites):- $2,340/wk, Mthly:- $4,840.

July and August:- $1,225 /wk/floor unit. Complete Villa (5 suites):- $3280/wk, Mthly:- $6,950.

BOOKING DEPOSIT:- ONE HALF OF THE RENTAL PLUS $300 SECURITY DEPOSIT. This $300 Security Deposit is refundable, less $50 cleaning fee per floor, subject to deductions for losses or damage etc, and excessive cleaning, over 4 hours.

RENTAL PAYMENT: The full amount of the RENTAL( plus the $300 Security Deposit), is to be paid 60 days before arrival. It is 100% refundable (less 10% cancellation fee) if rental is canceled 90 days or more before arrival. 50% refundable if cancellations are within 60 days of arrival. NO refunds within 30 days of arrival, OR, for weather and travel delays. Travel insurance is recommended.

Architect designed, CASTILLO NICTE-HA VILLA , built NEW in 2006, The spacious Villa is a 5,500 sq ft, (3) story Mediterranean style Villa , with 1 suite on the GROUND and PENTHOUSE level and 3 suites on the SECOND level. Each floor level is completed with a full kitchen, living room and dining area, sheets,towels etc, down to the wine glasses. Hand carved furnishings and stone topped dining tables.

Air conditioning on each floor. A large filtered swimming pool. 150' to the beach, sleep to the sounds of the ocean. Great sandy beach for children. No high waves to concern parents.

The Villa has three kitchens and a combined total of 5 en-suite bedrooms, all with closets, tiled showers, TV and private bathrooms. Beds in excellent condition. Several hammocks available (useful as cribs also). Each floor level is air conditioned . Also, windows and doors are screened for maximum cross ventilation of sea breezes. Every room has ceiling fans.

* The spacious GROUND floor level (wheel chair accessible), has one bedroom, twins or King bed, and wall hookups for hammocks. Dining table seats 8 or more plus a kitchen bar with 4 bar stools.

** SECOND level:- has 3 bedrooms, each with shower and bathroom. Two bed rooms have sliding glass doors opening onto a sun deck, for morning coffee or..... Two queen beds and one King bed or twins. Each bedroom fitted for hammocks, ideal for small children to be with parents or grand parents. Dining table seats 6 or more.

*** PENTHOUSE:- 1 bedroom, King bed or twins, air conditioned, completely private, is ideally suited for a romantic vacation, sliding glass doors from the bedroom and kitchen to a furnished palapa covered sun deck with spectacular ocean views and sunsets. . Coffee and breakfast from a hammock with an ocean view is so luxurious. Dining table seats 6, plus 4 more at the kitchen table.

Chicxulub Puerto is also a small fisherman's village very safe where people are friendly there you can find the church, laundry, telephone, internet, DVD rental store, drugstores, the “Mercado” where you can buy vegetables, fruits, meat…, restaurants offering excellent seafood.
