Sept to June:- $875/wk / floor unit. Complete Villa (5 suites):- $2,340/wk, Mthly:- $4,840.

July and August:- $1,225 /wk/floor unit. Complete Villa (5 suites):- $3280/wk, Mthly:- $6,950.

Inclusive of all utilities

BOOKING DEPOSIT:- ONE HALF OF THE RENTAL PLUS $300 SECURITY DEPOSIT. This $300 Security Deposit is refundable, less $50 cleaning fee per floor, subject to deductions for losses or damage etc, and excessive cleaning, over 4 hours.

RENTAL PAYMENT: The full amount of the RENTAL( plus the $300 Security Deposit), is to be paid 60 days before arrival. It is 100% refundable (less 10% cancellation fee) if rental is canceled 90 days or more before arrival. 50% refundable if cancellations are within 60 days of arrival. NO refunds within 30 days of arrival, OR, for weather and travel delays. Travel insurance is recommended.

This magnificent Villa is spacious and designed for comfort and convenience. High ceilings throughout and views in all directions. All levels are accessible from a common rear staircase and each level has its own key coded entrance and lockable screen door. The Villa was designed for multiple family entertaining, yet with privacy if wanted ,for individual family sub groups. Each level is complete with its own kitchen etc as a would-be condo. A great concept.

The spacious GROUND floor level (wheel chair accessible), has one bedroom, twins or King bed, and wall hookups for hammocks. Shower and bathroom, also a guest WC.

SECOND level has 3 bedrooms, each with shower and bathroom. Two bed rooms have sliding glass doors opening onto a sun deck, for morning coffee or..... Two queen beds and one King bed or twins. Each bedroom has hooks for hammocks, ideal for small children to be with parents or grand parents.

PENTHOUSE: 1 bedroom, King bed or twins, air conditioned, completely private, is ideally suited for a romantic vacation, sliding glass doors from the bedroom and kitchen to a furnished palapa covered sun deck with spectacular ocean views and sunsets. . Coffee and breakfast from a hammock with an ocean view is so luxurious. Dining table seats 6, plus 4 more at the kitchen table
