- Car Hire: One air conditioned car per room for the full duration of your stay. Incase of an accident you will be required to pay a minimum of Euros 400 to cover the damage costs. All cars are self driven saloon cars for the full day ( 24hrs) or chaffeur driven but only for 8 hours per day. Cars are not 4x4x vehicles ( available on additional charges ) and are not usable for safaris.

- Meals: 3 meals a day, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. All meals are served as per the clients specifications and in large portions to suffice ones appetite. Dinners will be a three course a la minute as per your taste or barbeque, a snack will be served at lunch time.

- Teatime: Snacks will be served during tea and coffee time. Snacks will consist of sandwiches, cakes, biscuits etc.. varying on a daily basis.

- From 18:00 to 23:00 good quality local bottled beers or if available Heineken. A choice of local and imported spirits and imported house wine.

- Soft drinks, mineral water and fresh juice throughout the day.

The villa is elevated over the most beautiful shores of the Indian Ocean inlet Mtwapa Creek within 6000 sqm of land engulfed by palms, bougainvilleas and other tropical plants. The exclusive private natural stone pool is 16 x 12 x 2.8 m in water volume, the largest private pool in Kenya and placed between the villa and the creek. For nature lovers there are several guided walking tours around the Mtwapa Creek. You can see several different species of birds and plants and also wild African oysters. Fresh fish and seafood are brought in by local fishermen. Depending on the season you can buy lobsters, prawns, crabs, the most famous red snapper and many other assorted fish direct from the Mtwapa creek fisherman and the chef will prepare your choice for lunch and dinner. You can indulge in your meal either in our 110 sq m wide and 6m high Matiti style salon - which include a hand carved mahogany bar and sitting lounge - or the veranda overlooking the pool or on the edge of the creek under tangerine trees - perfect location for a stylish tea time - looking down at the private mangrove enclosed beach. Villa Annchen provides a complete private atmosphere, available for you are 3 double bed rooms furnished with African carved hardwood made with exceptional attention to detail and design. The rooms are simple yet sophisticated oozing African culture and luxury. Each room is designed in a different African theme and the furnishings are carved to match the theme. All beds have custom made mosquito nets in order to fit their size and shape. Ceiling fan in every room. This very calm tropical paradise is not far from the pulse racing nightlife of the Kenyan north coast. The most famous discotheque is only 10 minutes away by car, the golf club is 15 minutes away and a European standard supermarket only 10 minutes away. For your first time in Kenya a wildlife safari is a must but, the Mtwapa Creek is the centre and base for Deep sea fishing and Mountain Biking. For mountain bikers you will need to bring your own bike.
