The Residence is made up of 11 wide apartments, 1-3 rooms from 2 till 7 persons furnished in rustic Tuscan style, with all the services included: insulated windows with shutters, terracotta floors, beam ceilings, warm and welcoming decor with rustic tiles and mobile units, including dishwasher, modern bathrooms with large sinks, showers and bidet and linen of the highest quality.

From each apartment you can enjoy a fascinating panoramic view of the typical Tuscan landscape.

1 room apartment:

made up of an independent terrace, 1 bedroom, living room (about 30 square meters) up to 2 people on the first floor, kitchen, bathroom.

2-rooms apartment: approximately 50-60mq on the ground floor and first floor terrace independent living room with sofa bed, kitchen "cooked veneto", in rustic Tuscan style, with all appliances included; double bedroom, hall and bathroom with shower Up to 4-5 people.

Apartments with loft: lsitauted on the ground floor with a terrace independent approximately 60mq compounded kitchen (as above), living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower, wooden staircase, a wonderful double bedroom and a small room. Up to 5 people. Three-rooms apartment: situated on the first floor terrace independent, wide living room with kitchen (as above) hall, 2 double bedrooms, large bathroom with shower.
