Home description

Located in the very heart of Puglia, Salento is an unforgettable experience. The amazing combination of the dry Mediterranean fauna – with its monumental olive trees – and the sea - the real essence of Southern Italy - makes Salento unique. “Le case del marallo” gives you the chance to remember your wonderful holidays in Salento forever: the flats are near the seaside, in Torre Columena, a typical Salento village. There is also a nature reserve nearby. Designed for 4-6 persons, the flats are built in Mediterranean style: 3 big rooms, 2 bedrooms (king-size beds), 1 sofabed, kitchen with fridge and oven, 1 bathroom with shower, big garden/terrace. Weekly rent, from May to September. Airport transport on demand. Art, nature and relax perfectly merge here: Lecce and the baroque style of many Salento villages are not too far (40 km); you can enjoy your time choosing among: windsurf, cycling, fishing, sailing, horse riding, shopping, nightlife (the famous Salento “movida”), music festivals and cultural events. What are you still waiting for when Salento is waiting for you?

Torre Columena

A small, typical Salento village, Torre Columena is the perfect combination between relax and fun. It is next to a reserve nature where birdwatching is advised, the sun and the sea is amazing. Typical restaurants are very close, where you can taste the real Mediterranean cuisine from Puglia. Lecce, the city of baroque, is 40km far.
