Todi is a wonderful medieval town in the centre of Umbria, the apartment is in the main square and the view is fantastic. From Todi you can visit all the others art's town of Umbria or visit the countryside where you can practise a lot of sport like mountain bike, horse riding, fishing or walking in the green country. For the guest of the apartment there is the possibility to use the swimming pool of Hotel Bramante where you can also have your lunch or dinner in the pool area.

Location

In the centre of the provinces of Perugia and Terni, the touristic territory of Todi offers to the tourist a relaxing moment and at the same time a sensational return to our ancient past, to the epoch of dusty streets, and to the famous periods in Umbria which reminds us of St. Francis of Assisi.

It seems that the modern civilization has forgot this piece of land enclosed in the centre of Umbria, and the entire territory acquires an increased mystic, hospitable and surrealistic aspect.

From highway E45, which runs in a longitudinal way all along the entire region and which represents a connection axis from Munich to Rome, it is possible to arrive to Todi, a very ancient town in a dominating position over the Tiber valley and the most relevant touristic centre of the entire territory.

The other towns of the territory of Todi, Collazzone, Fratta Todina, Marsciano, Massa Martana and Monte Castello di Vibio are characterized by a huge number of monuments and by an uncontaminated environment.

In the territory it is possible to visit Etruscan and Roman ruins, churches and buildings of the Middle Ages and of the Renaissance as well as landscapes of rare beauty. The Monti Martani are a frame of the entire territory and represent one of its principal attractions.

Easily accessible, they offer the opportunity of making interesting and healthy excursions in the vast and untouched woods of evergreen holm oaks.

The territory of Todi is not only famous for its monuments, buildings, churches, history, landscapes or uncontaminated environment, but also for its artistic craftmanship, its genuine food, its strong wines such as Grechetto di Todi and for its hospitality towards its guests.

In conclusion it is a piece of land which even today preserves the taste for beautiful and ancient things which surround us and which are an integral part of our culture.
