Self-catering; linens, towels, and cookingware are provided. Independent central heating. Children-friendly and pet-friendly. Smoking allowed only outside the house. The access to the house is through a 900-meter driving lane among the woods. There is a parking area. English-speaking owners.

  • Please always add extra 50 € for weekly cleaning.
  • Weeks are from Saturday to Saturday.
  • Check-in time is from 4 to 8pm; check out time is before 11 am.
  • Payment methods available are: Paypal, bank transfer, cash. At time of reservation, 50% of the total amount is required for booking.
  • Upon arrival, 350 € in cash are required as a security deposit.
  • Tai Chi Chuan lessons and Holistic Training available on site upon request; lessons are English-spoken and paid as an extra.

How to get there

We recommend guests to hire a car, if they are planning to discover the charms of cental Italy's Renaissance art locations. However, if guests choose to spend a relaxing and romantic week in the hillside, away from it all, a car will not be essential, but please do consider that the property is self-catering and nearest drugstore is at 4 km. We can provide to take guests to/from nearest railway station upon arrival and departure.

Nearest airport is Perugia, connected to London Stansted, Milan and Rome. Good connections are available also by railway or coach bus.
