This beautiful cottage is surrounded by a garden of 4000 sq.m. of typical mediterranean vegetation, provided with its own parking, air conditioning and place directly by the coastline of Plemmirio offers numerous locations for sunbathing and swimming. The nearest sandy beaches is at 7km, whilst the main Barocco town of Siracusa is 12km. away.There is a pizzeria with coffee bar and a grocery store within walking distance of the villa. Further restaurants and grocery stores are a short drive away.

Location

Plemmirio is a nature park and sea reserve in Syracuse, with its cliffs of white rock and its flowered terraces gently sloping down to the Ionian sea.
