FIRST FLOOR APARTMENT (Sleeps up to 5 or 6)

Own private, independent entrance, approached via an external staircase. The apartment has an open-plan Lounge /Kitchen / Dining area.

LOUNGE : 2 Double sofas, one is a sofa-bed (Sleeps 1 adult or 2 children) Fireplace Satellite TV, DVD/Video Player/Recorder, Audio CD / Tape Player. A plentiful supply of books to read.

KITCHEN : Well equipped with Gas Hob with 5 rings, Electric Fan Oven/Grill, Fridge, Freezer, Kettle, Toaster, and Microwave. Access to Washing Machine in the downstairs Utility Room. Iron/Ironing Board, Hair-drier

SHOWER ROOM: Shower, Wash Basin, WC and Bidet. Separate WC: with Wash Basin.

BEDROOM 1: Comfortable King Size Double Bed. BEDROOM 2: 2 x comfortable Single Beds (3ft) that can be made into a Double if preferred. Both bedrooms lead out onto the BALCONY / SUN TERRACE which is suitable for sun bathing or dining al fresco.

From here you can enjoy splendid views of the woods, olive groves and mountain scenery, catch a glimpse of the sparkling sea in the distance, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets.
