If you change idea please send mail about 20 days befor coming to annull the reservation, otherwills we take the account of deposit 30% of

- Consumption of water from faucets
- Rental of bath and bed linens
The clients at the moment of the delivery of the keys must leave:
1-A cautionary deposit : 500.00 euro
that we will give you back at the end of the period.

• Payments procedures:

• Services included in the price only for week rentals and day : water, electricity, gas, weekly cleaning and change of linen, washing machine, TV, barbecue, kettle, hairdryer.
• Services not included in the price: final cleaning 180 euros.

The villas 350 sq. meter on Amalfi Coast, is found in one of the places more strategic in order to fastly catch up the main tourist localities of the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi Coast. You can take the bus at only two minutes by foot from the villas to Ravello, Positano, Amalfi. Sorrento is 1 km from the house. From Sorrento there are marine connections to Capri, Ischia.

Going back to 1840. A villas of sea in flood garden,in the green of a garden of 500 sq. meter with ulivi and lemons trees, situated in the center of Massalubrense, in the heart of the Riserva Punta Campanella, in a zone of detached landscaped interest and one of the most exclusive areas of Sorrento coast,in MassaLubrense village, with the houses constructed in front of the beach and to the small port. Accommodation consists:- villas Sleeps 9 persons on request 11.

Two levels, to the first level, two suite each with bath and bathtub, points out on the road, elegant furnished and cured. To the downstairs a double hall with zone lunch, stay with fireplace, tv and very comfortable sofa. Still a double bath for the hosts with the shower and one knows it contiguous with possibility of 2 added beds. The house is exclusively furnished with epoch furniture, very luminous and with a particular attention for details.Equipped kitchen and habitable, washing machine and grill. The hall from access to the splendid equipped garden where the guests can drown your self in the perfume of lemons and orange There are olso sun beds and sun umbrella,table and cheir,relax for a place unique that remainin the heart. In the garden there are a dependances, very elegant furnished and cured with a triple and a double room, each with bathrooms. This villas is ideal for the tourist who wants to avoid the stress of daily traffic, quiet position allows a relaxing and peaceful vacation. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and you will feel like welcome guests in a real Italian home.
