The voucher will be sent to tourists after receiving the
caution. The rest of the money will be paid cash after arriving. credit
cars aren't accepted
If you change idea please send mail about 20 days befor coming to annull the reservation, otherwills we take the account of deposit 30% of
the total price.
Included in price:
- Consumption of water from faucets
- Rental of bath and bed linens
The clients at the moment of the delivery of the keys must leave:
1-A cautionary deposit : 500.00 euro
that we will give you back at the end of the period.
2-the rate of the payment

• Don't accept credit card or chek are pay in cash.We need a reservation 10 days before your arrival.We wait THE GUEST no before the 22:00 .
• Payments procedures:
• Upon confirmation you will be requested to pay 30% of the total amount required for the booking. The deposit is required in Euro and can be paid in the following way: by bank transfer;
• Prices are per week; Ask the price only for a dependances accomodation for 4 persons
• Services included in the price only for week rentals and day : water, electricity, gas, weekly cleaning and change of linen, washing machine, TV, barbecue, kettle, hairdryer.
• Services not included in the price: final cleaning 180 euros.
