Deposit (30%) is to pay when you are booking

- the rest of amount you are paying on the arrival directly to house owner.The Apartment will be available for occupation from 14.00 o'clock

- The rest (70%) of the total amount will be paid CASH the moment the keys are given at the moment of arrival.

- The Owner delivers the Apartment clean and ready for use, complete of bedding that will be changed weekly(on Saturday,for extra bedding we do charge it extra).

- The Owner will not change for any reason the price of rent indicated in the Contract

-The Guest is obligate to not permit the stay in Apartment of more persons that are indicated in the Contract and, in any case, to ask before the permission to the Owner.

- The Guest will respect the time of repose and will not disturb neighborhood; otherwise, the Owner can stop the rent without obligate of any refund.

- The Guest is obligate to arange departure from apartment till 11:00
