Apartment Parco Edil Blu has a quiet peaceful location with secure entrance to the complex. Just 5 min walk from the beach and walking distance to the famoust Old Town of Scalea (Centro Storico). It is easy access to all amenities, including the supermarket, local market, themepark and many excellent cafe and restaurants.

There is attic flat (no lift) with spacious living room, open plan kitchen and balcony, hall, one double bedroom and one triple bedroom. Ideal for holidays with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Calabria is full of cultural and scenic highlights, which are worthwhile discovering. Spectacular beaches, a crystal blue sea, wild-romantic unspoiled landscapes, millennium-old culture and history and, not least, culinary delights that make your holiday an exceptional and unforgettable experience. If you are interested in the 'Real' Italy, then this region is for you because you will see real culture and Italian life, enjoy cheap but delicious Italian food and wine.

With 300 sunny days a year Calabria has a Mediterranean climate. Even in the winter months (Decembers until February) the warm Scirocco wind, which comes from Africa, often brings spring temperatures allows for some relaxing holidays as well.

Scalea belongs to the province of Cosenza and is 93 kilometers far from Cosenza, that is the Chief Town of the homonymous province.

Scalea has a population of 10.027 inhabitants (Scaleoti) and a surface of 22,0 square kilometers thus showing a population density of 455,77 inhabitants per square kilometer. It rises 25 metres above the sea level.
