Delightful flat in a divided modern "grangia" (typical old mountain house) in the heart of an ancient village, 2 km away from Sestriere and 80km from Turin in Piemonte region.

The flat has two levels: on ground floor there is a wide living room with a stone fireplace facing the kitchen zone (with oven and dishwasher), outside the living room there is a terrace where is possible to get tanned relaxing on deck chairs; on second flloor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom (washingmachine included).

All the precious furnitures are in ancient "grangia" style:wood beams, stone and wood elements, valuable tissues decorates the house and make you feel to be in a romantic alcove.

In the village there are: bar,tobacco shop,pizzeria, restaurant, market (in high season), playing field for children.

Ideal for a romantic holiday but also able to offer a very extended sky area in winter and to grant a lot of sports to be played, such as golf, kayak, horse, mountain bike, rafting,fishing, parashuting, climbing.

Because of the particular value of the furnitures pets are not admitted.

Location

Grangesises, only 2 km from Sestriere, important skiing resort chosen as alpine skiing site for the Winter Olympics Games 2006, combines the qualities of a quiet and peaceful mountain village and modern comforts.

With its picturesque chalets, arcades and narrow streets where cars are not admitted, it is ideal for a serene holiday, in summer too.

Several times a day a very handy shuttle links Grangesises to Sestriere, where you can find a gym with sauna, a swimming-pool, a cinema and various essential services.

In summer you can as well enjoy the nearby golf course, ride in the open air in several riding schools, rent mountains bikes, climb on endless crags, besides having relaxing walks in the green open space which surrounds the village.
